Monday Projects #myles #randomthingsaboutme

A couple recent projects I made using some of my Dear Lizzy products and other favorite supplies for Two Peas. Of course I used my Silhouette on both projects. Such a great tool because there are unlimited uses.

It’s definitely been a while since I scrapbooked about me. I used to do layouts like this all the time so it was fun to add another one to my album. But the not-fun part? Taking photos. SO awkward but it’s all more the cause right?
Started by diecutting words describing aspects of my personality and who I am. Then I layered some of my Dear Lizzy papers and diecuts. Love the MME glasses stamp. I also added lots of goodies from my newest Dear Lizzy Polka Dot Party collection of products.
Some of you may know me for designing Dear Lizzy products… which is part of who I am and what I do. But you may not know that I also am a professional baby kisser. Yep.
Also, I am a bad cook. I think I would be a good cook if I had more time. Because I enjoy it. But lately I use my trusty crock pot to do all the work. I do make a delicious chicken curry but I have also been known to burn Mac N Cheese… while I was busy with baby Myles.
I love the beach! I don’t know why I live somewhere that snows. It’s against everything I am. ; ) I love Disneyland. I love holding hands. I have held my grandma’s hand when I am sitting by her since I was a little girl and I still do. I love to laugh, create, shop, take photos, eat dessert before dinner.
I am a worry freak. Seriously I will keep myself awake worrying about my family and natural disasters or crazy things that would never happen. I love to exercise but haven’t made it a priority. I also am Christian. I know I am a daughter of God and strive to live worthy of such a blessing. Oh, and every single night I have to check and make sure there’s not a spider under my blanket or pillow before I get in bed. Sometimes I whip the blanket over like I’m Maria in The Sound Of Music-one of my all-time favorite movies. Anyways, I think I’ve said too much.

For the next layout, I diecut these cool squares using my Silhouette and this cut file from Two Peas in the layout below. Then filled each square with random bits. Like the wood fox tile and bits of wood confetti shapes. There’s a video tutorial where I share some step by steps of how to make both projects. View the layouts and tutorial here!
