My mini baker is such a big helper. Except I can barely turn my head to grab the next ingredient because who knows what she will stir in, making it her own tasty concoction. That’s why it’s always eat at your own risk. So far so good… I haven’t been poisoned (yet) & the pumpkin chocolate chip cookies are delicious!

Ready for the world’s easiest pumpkin cookie recipe?
Spice Cake Mix (no eggs, oil, water etc) + Can of pumpkin 16 oz + Chocolate chips. That’s it.
I bake them small about 3Ts and then cook them at 350 for about 15 minutes. Don’t overcook them. I check them like I do cake with a toothpick or small knife in the center.
Thanks to my sister Em for that recipe, although my toosh does not thank her.
They are soooooo yummmmmmy!!

I have an easy recipe to give back! Pineapple Angel Food Cake.

    1 box angel food cake
1 can crushed pineapple (NO other ingredients added).

Combine mix and pineapple in a mixing bowl. Bake in a tube pan (I think 350 for about 30 minutes until top is dry). Cool upside down (in the pan) on a glass bottle so it doesn't sink. Eat! (*It does really rise so only fill pan 2/3 full and bake the rest in a loaf pan).

So I finally got around to trying the recipe. I’ve had it jotted down in the purse because I went the the store the day I read this post and they were out of spice cake mix! I used cinnamon chips rather than chocolate and OMG! they are awesome! I seriously want to eat them all myself, but I took them to an early family Thanksgiving dinner and shared them instead. They remind me of Lemon Whipper Snapper cookies, but a little easier to make. Thanks so much for sharing! I totally love easy recipes :)
